Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for children and young adults from birth to age 21
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings
• Provide speech and language therapy in one-on-one or group settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Colorado state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply; supervision available on-site
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Bilingual skills or additional language skills (preferred but not required)
