Key Responsibilities

• Assist during surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
• Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate efficient procedures
• Monitor patient safety and document relevant information during surgeries
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and equipment sterilization

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Surgical Technician (CST or equivalent)
• Proven experience working in surgical environments
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient surgical setting
• Familiarity with various surgical specialties and procedures
• Bilingual skills are a plus
