Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, including orthopedic treatments
• Manage a caseload of up to 12-14 patients per day, with multiple visits at a time
• Document patient progress and coordinate with healthcare teams as needed
• Ensure productivity targets of approximately 60 visits per week are met
• Work collaboratively within the clinic or at neighboring clinics if needed
• Obtain approval from the director for overtime hours when required

Required Qualifications

• Valid PT license for the state of Washington
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Will accept recent graduates or first-time travelers with appropriate credentials
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• More than 3 years of outpatient experience
• Experience with orthopedic patient populations
• Knowledge of patient documentation and care planning
