Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures across multiple specialties including orthopedics, neuro/spine, robotics, urology, GYN, ENT, plastics, trauma, and more.
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure compliance with safety and sterilization standards.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to support successful patient outcomes.
• Cover a schedule of 4 days per week, with rotating call responsibilities.
• Work in a state-of-the-art surgical environment with advanced technology and equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado Surgical Tech License (CST) issued by DORA.
• Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT.
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 10 hours per shift.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with ortho, total joints, neuro/spine, robotics, urology, GYN, ENT, and plastics surgeries.
• Knowledge of advanced surgical techniques and equipment.
