Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility setting
- Assist with daily living activities and clinical procedures
- Follow established care plans and document patient information accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Current LVN / LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (6 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
- Successful completion of a clinical interview process
- Willingness to undergo background checks, including fingerprinting prior to start
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities (LTC/SNF)
- Familiarity with clinical procedures and documentation standards
- Ability to work in an alternating 36/48 hours weekly schedule
