- Full-time, 13-week contract, onsite, days shift (6 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings.
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and update care plans.
- Document patient observations and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Support residents’ comfort and well-being during scheduled shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
- At least 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
