- Full-time, Day shift, 8 hours per shift, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide radiation therapy treatments to patients in an acute care hospital setting
- Ensure accurate delivery of treatment plans utilizing advanced charting software (Epic)
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care strategies
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and radiation safety standards
- Document patient interactions and treatment data accurately and promptly
- Float between hospital units or nearby affiliate facilities as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Radiation Therapist license in hand
- BLS and ARRT certifications required
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Radiation Therapy experience in an acute care setting
- Willingness to work holidays and to float within the hospital or neighboring facilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Additional Notes
- No housing provided; candidates should explore local housing options
- Must be willing to submit references covering at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Travel compliance requirements: Tier 3 standards, including DOB, SSN, RTO documentation
- Guaranteed hours with the possibility of one call-off per two-week pay period
- Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Completion of required pre-start modules (average of 16 hours, non-billable)
Note: This assignment requires periodic floating within hospital units or to nearby facilities. Refusal to float may impact employment eligibility.
