Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with various orthopedic conditions.
• Manage a caseload with an expectation of approximately 12-14 patient visits per day.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize productivity.
• Document patient progress and coordinate treatment plans in compliance with clinical standards.
• Ensure productivity meets or exceeds 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with clinical team and obtain prior approval for overtime hours.

Required Qualifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full shifts of 8 hours.
• Willingness to accept first-time traveler status.
• Open to new grads.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic outpatient populations.
• Flexible to float to other clinics as needed.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
