Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Job Title
• Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, onsite, 8-hour day shifts, 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility with a focus on dementia, cardiac, hospice, and post-acute conditions.
• Administer medications, including IVs as needed, and monitor patient health status.
• Document patient progress and care plans using electronic medical records (PCC).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies, including weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled.

Required Qualifications
• Current and valid RN license for the state of South Dakota.
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Proficiency with PCC electronic medical records system.
• Ability to work 8- or 12-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience caring for residents with dementia, cardiac issues, hospice needs, or post-acute conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
