• Full-time, Days shift, 40 hours/week (guaranteed 36 hours)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain and manage therapy equipment and documentation compliance

Required Qualifications
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in clinical physical therapy practices
• Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care protocols
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or clinical settings
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency (preferred)
