Schedule / Job Type

• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients in a hospital setting during night hours
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all certifications and licensing requirements
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Float to different units as needed within the facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RRT license (in hand) at time of submission
• Active NBRC certification (CRT or RRT)
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Valid Ohio RRT license in hand
• Ability to work night shifts (19:00–07:30)
• References from recent managerial or supervisory roles within the past 12 months
• No license hits or background issues; background checks reviewed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital environment, particularly with Cleveland Clinic facilities
• Ability to float between units and handle various responsibilities
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and compliance standards
