Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to diverse patient populations.
• Work as part of a travel team, occasionally floating to other clinics or neighboring facilities.
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up appointments to optimize clinic flow, with supervisor approval required for overtime hours.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and adherence to treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Therapist license / certification in Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred, but new grads and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage a patient load efficiently and meet productivity standards.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional float to other clinics.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is a plus.
• Experience working in a team-oriented outpatient setting.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
