Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized circulator and scrub nurse support in the CVOR for various surgical procedures.
• Float to different specialty pods based on experience, assisting in neuro, ENT, OMFS, eyes, dental, plastics, ortho, cardiothoracic, vascular, GYN, urology, and robotics surgeries.
• Adhere to a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio during shifts.
• Attend EPIC training during orientation at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare and complete testing if required.
• Willingness to work 8-hour days with a flexible approach to on-call requirements based on shift needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CVOR nursing.
• At least 2 prior travel assignments in similar roles.
• Ability to circulate and scrub in various surgical specialties.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to float across different specialty pods.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with trauma level 2 and teaching facility procedures.
• Ability to adapt quickly to multiple surgical environments and room types.
• Knowledge of EPIC system training requirements.
