Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, on-site, days (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex nursing care independently within a clinical setting.
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols; monitor for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided accurately.
• Assess the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, providing education and support.
• Delegate and assign tasks to other care providers to effectively manage clinical situations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• RN license valid in the state of New Mexico or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in oncology or related specialty preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in oncology nursing or specialty preferred.
• Strong understanding of oncology patient care protocols.
