Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy assessment and treatment to patients in various settings
• Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with patient needs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to all licensing, safety, and compliance requirements during treatment sessions

Required Qualifications
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in clinical setting, particularly in outpatient or similar environments
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly
• Willingness to work days shifts and flexible schedule as required

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting
• Familiarity with documentation systems and equipment used during treatment
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
