Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to clients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and cognitive communication issues
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to support client progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of session notes and treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Proven experience in delivering speech therapy services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess and develop treatment strategies for diverse client needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations
