Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to patients, primarily in orthopedics.
• Float to other clinics within the network as needed.
• Treat an average of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week.
• Follow up with patients and document treatments accordingly.
• Work up to 40 hours per week with some overtime approved by the director.
• Manage double-booked follow-up visits to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to multiple clinics.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours with productivity expectations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with orthopedic outpatient populations.
• Previous travel therapy experience or open to first-time travelers.
• Recent graduates considered if they have outpatient experience.
