Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, primarily in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Accept patient populations with outpatient orthopedic needs, with the flexibility to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
• Maintain a productivity rate of approximately 60 patient visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure treatment plans are followed and therapy goals are met.
• Work approximately 36 hours guaranteed per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours, pending approval for overtime.
• Ensure all therapy sessions and patient care adhere to departmental protocols and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to accept first-time travelers and new graduates is not required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but notmandatory.
• Certification in physical therapy required.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic clinics.
• Flexibility to float to neighboring clinics and adapt to different patient populations.
