Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Record and update patient documentation accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN / LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Ability to work night shifts reliably
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
