Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients based on their individual treatment plans

• Complete documentation and collaborate with external agencies as required

• Adhere to licensing and credentialing requirements

• Maintain active licensure and ensure all equipment is properly utilized

• Follow facility dress code and parking policies

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist

• Experience in a clinical or setting-based environment

• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly

• Compliance with credentialing and licensing standards

• Willingness to work day shifts and adhere to schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with contract or travel therapy assignments

• Knowledge of documentation requirements for external agencies

• Flexibility to work during holiday weeks if needed
