Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms and sterilizing equipment.
- Support surgical teams during procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are available.
- Maintain sterile environment and follow safety protocols.
- Adhere to hospital and departmental policies regarding surgical practices.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent OR / surgical experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotate weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to sterile techniques.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in CVOR or similar specialized surgical units.
- Familiarity with hospital protocols for travel or temporary assignments.
