Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with medical staff to deliver quality resident care

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC/SNF experience
  • Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and flexible scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
