Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with medical staff to deliver quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC/SNF experience
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and flexible scheduling
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
