Schedule / Job Type
- Contract, 13 weeks, Night shifts (12.5 hours per shift), 7 shifts per week, 48-hour guaranteed weekly hours, ASAP start
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting during night shifts
- Assist with patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed
- Document patient care and maintain accurate health records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols during night hours
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with 12.5-hour overnight shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in a healthcare facility
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and procedures
