Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• See 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Maintain a productivity rate of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Adhere to facility policies and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Flexibly float to other clinics within the network as needed, with prior approval.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina.
• At least some outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience working with active outpatient populations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to float between clinics within the region.
