Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 5 days per week, days shifts, approximately 10.5 hours per shift, including 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in an outpatient clinic setting
• Manage a caseload averaging 55-63 patients per week
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Raintree electronic medical records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies and procedural standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months outpatient (OP) experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
• Valid licensing to practice as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for evening shifts until 7:00 PM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates are not eligible
• Experience working with a diverse outpatient demographic
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR system is a plus
