Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contract, nights, 3x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a hospital setting within the Medical Surgical/Tele department.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond to patient needs and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including other similar units or sister facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications REQUIRED; NIH certification preferred.
• Telemetry competency required; previous charge nurse experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 3 nights per week (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Community hospital experience preferred.
• Experience with trauma levels and electronic charting in Epic.
• Familiarity with charge nursing responsibilities and community health.
