Full-time, temporary contract (13 weeks), night shift, 4x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient well-being
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Manage patient needs efficiently during night shifts

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of South Dakota
• Minimum of charge nurse experience required
• Ability to work night shifts and 4x12-hour schedule
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings
• Ability to handle multiple patients and prioritize effectively
