Job Title

• LPN / LVN for Internal Medicine

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shift, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday), 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient ambulatory care within a busy internal medicine clinic
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, as required
• Administer patient care following clinical protocols and documentation standards
• Ensure timely and accurate charting using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient services

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with active SC or multi-state compact license (must be in hand at start of contract)
• At least 2 years of experience working as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting
• BLS certification required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed and float within scope

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient or ambulatory care
• Familiarity with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC
• Good communication and teamwork skills
