• Full-time, contract, day shift, 10-hour shifts, approximately 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures in a busy hospital setting across various specialties including Urology, ENT, Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, Colo-Rectal, Robotics, Breast, Plastics, Pain/Spine, and Trauma.
• Prepare and operate advanced surgical equipment, such as Aquablation, Stealth navigation, NIM, and surgical robotics.
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure adherence to safety protocols during procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Respond to on-call requests approximately every 6-8 weeks, with a response time of 30 minutes.

Required Qualifications

• NBSTSA certification required at the time of submission.
• BLS/ACLS certification from AHA.
• Must have at least 2 years of surgical tech experience, preferably including travel assignments.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Must have recent separation of at least 6 months from previous employment with BILH.
• Prior experience in operating rooms performing Urology, ENT, Orthopedic, Gynecology, General, Colo-Rectal, Robotics, and related surgical specialties.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with advanced surgical equipment such as Aquablation and surgical robotics.
• Ability to work flexible on-call shifts with quick response times.
