Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer treatments and therapies to improve patient mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Float to other clinics as needed to support operational needs.
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week.

Required Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a 36-hour guarantee.
• Knowledge of orthopedic patient care.
• Willingness to float to other clinics within the area.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduate or new therapists accepted.
• First-time travelers welcome.
• Prior outpatient orthopedics experience is a plus.
