Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Administer medication and monitor patient vitals during 8-hour evening shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM.
• Ensure all documentation and patient records are accurately maintained.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Work every other weekend as required.
• Complete clinical interviews and submit availability promptly.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license.
• AHA or ARC BLS certification (only acceptable certifications).
• Must pass NE DHHS background check within 48 hours of placement.
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working evening shifts in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
