Eve/Night shifts | 13-week contract | 40 hours guaranteed per week | 8-hour shifts | Mids

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician’s orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient well-being.
• Document patient observations and care given accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota nursing license in hand.
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work evening/night shifts effectively.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced long-term care environment.
• Knowledge of current healthcare best practices.
