Job Title

• IR/Special Procedures Technician

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Day shifts, 4 days per week, 10.5 hours per shift, approximately 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures, including neuro-interventions, angiograms, embolizations, biopsies, and ancillary imaging procedures
• Operate advanced imaging equipment within the GE Biplane Suite and Mac Lab
• Support patient care during procedures, ensuring safety and precision
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams, including RNs and imaging staff
• Maintain documentation in the Meditech EMR system
• Adhere to unit policies and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) with relevant licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology or related procedures
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro-interventional radiology experience
• Trauma interventional radiology experience
