• Day shifts, Full-time, outpatient therapy

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopaedic patients in a clinic setting.
• Treat a patient population requiring orthopaedic rehabilitation and post-surgical care.
• Manage a caseload with a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Flexibly float to other clinics within the network as needed.
• Obtain prior approval from the director before working any overtime hours.
• Contribute to a team environment focused on patient recovery and well-being.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient orthopaedic experience preferred.
• Ability to work day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• New graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Experience with outpatient orthopaedic therapy and patient education.
• Ability to handle a busy outpatient caseload and double-book follow-up visits.
