Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in Neuro ICU and Stepdown units, floating between both as needed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including neurological status and overall health
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Demonstrate strong neuro-specific clinical skills and experience

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license with Nursys verification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or neurology-related nursing roles
• Proven ability to work in ICU and stepdown settings, with adaptability to float between units
• Strong neuro nursing experience highly preferred
• Must have a comprehensive skills checklist, references, and certification card
• Resume must show work history with gaps no longer than 60 days and all demographic information including badge-appropriate picture

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital environment with neuro critical care patients
• Ability to handle high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced setting
