- Night shift, 36 hours per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Colorado
- Recent experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain excellent patient care standards
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC/SNF environments
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
