• Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting, following established protocols.
• Complete documentation directly with the treatment provider as required before assignment begins.
• Participate in credentialing processes and ensure active licensure is maintained.
• Adhere to facility dress code and parking arrangements.
• Work within billing cycles and ensure timely documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical setting with physical therapy modalities.
• Ability to complete documentation requirements accurately and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with ATI or in similar rehab environments.
• Knowledge of credentialing requirements and documentation procedures.
• Familiarity with billing cycles and OT billing policies.
