- Full-time, night shifts, 12.5-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
- Monitor residents' health status and document observations accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare facility policies and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong compassionate care skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
