Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts, Monday through Friday, varied hours with call requirements. Note: Guaranteed hours are exempt during holiday weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care within the operating room setting
• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative needs
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Montana
• Prior experience in an operating room setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle call responsibilities and varied hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced surgical environment
