Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to clients in various settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Promote client independence and optimize functional outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
- Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
