Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• 13-week contract, guaranteed 36 hours per week with additional hours (40 hours/week), Days shifts, 3 shifts per week, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of an OT
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities as prescribed
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient recovery goals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification
• Previous experience in a therapy setting preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with documentation software and electronic health records
