Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic needs.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic workflow.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with at least 36 hours guaranteed, including potential overtime (OT) with prior approval.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure patient care quality and adherence to treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or PTA (acceptable).
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to nearby clinics if needed.
• Willingness to accept first-time travel assignments and new grads.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Ability to handle a high patient volume efficiently.
