Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Monitor patient progress and respond to their needs in a timely manner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery processes
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nursing license in the state of Kentucky
- At least 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or similar healthcare setting
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a hospital or long-term care rehabilitation facility
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
