Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Nights)

• Santa Fe, NM

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, travel position, nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide independent, competent nursing care in a hospital setting, focusing on medical-surgical patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, interventions, and evaluations based on the nursing process
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication administration, and care provided accurately
• Assess patient and family educational needs, providing appropriate instruction and support
• Delegate tasks to other care providers as appropriate to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Valid RN license in the state of employment or active compact license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year of related nursing experience in a med/surg setting

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working night shifts in a hospital environment
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure situations
