• LVN / LPN - Long Term Care/SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Location
• Silver City, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Nights, Rotating schedule
Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment
• Assist with patient assessments and monitor health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Document resident care activities accurately and efficiently
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work rotating night shifts and adapt to schedule changes
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in SNF or LTC settings
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
