Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and function
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient records
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
• Proven experience working as a licensed physical therapist
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitative settings
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and equipment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
