- Full-time, travel, night shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC/Telemetry patients following the Nursing Process
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care planning and delivery
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and certifications
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff based on their education and experience
- Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel delivering patient care
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or LTAC setting
- Current Ohio or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume)
- ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission)
- Vent/trach management experience, knowledge of central lines, and wound care experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with ventilated patients and managing advanced airway devices
- Knowledge of wound care protocols and central line management
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
