Registered Nurse LTAC

Job Title

• Registered Nurse (LTAC / Telemetry)

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel, night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC/Telemetry patients following the Nursing Process
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care planning and delivery
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and certifications
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff based on their education and experience
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel delivering patient care

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or LTAC setting
• Current Ohio or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume)
• ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission)
• Vent/trach management experience, knowledge of central lines, and wound care experience preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with ventilated patients and managing advanced airway devices
• Knowledge of wound care protocols and central line management
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
