- Full-time, day shifts, approximately 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans following ANA standards and nursing processes
- Act as a patient advocate, providing support, information, and direct care
- Utilize nursing equipment and technology skillfully and competently
- Educate patients and families on key self-care issues
- Assist with inventory, distribution, and delivery of medications in patient care areas
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland or Delaware, or in a compact state
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Proven competency in nursing procedures and equipment use
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
- Knowledge of hospital medication inventory and delivery processes
