Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in surgical procedures, ensuring all sterile techniques are maintained.
• Support surgical teams with equipment and supplies before, during, and after operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Document procedures accurately and assist with post-operative care as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Surgical Technician.
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
• Ability to work day shifts and handle fast-paced surgical environments.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
• Must be compliant with travel and credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous operating room experience preferred.
• Experience working with surgical teams in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with Ohio-specific credentialing processes.
