• Full-time, Day shifts, 5 shifts per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care physical therapy services across multiple hospital units.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Document treatment activities and patient responses accurately in medical records.
• Float between units as needed, maintaining flexibility in coverage.
• Participate in mandatory modules and maintain compliance with hospital and staffing policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State Licensure in Physical Therapy (must hold a valid compact license)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in acute care setting
• Compliance with hospital dress code for licensed staff (navy uniforms/scrubs)
• Ability to work day shifts and weekends as required
• Ability to commit to working at least 3 of the 5 scheduled holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Past experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or similar acute care hospital
• Familiarity with hospital policies related to float staffing and travel compliance
• Experience working within a 50-mile radius of the location
